Cannot access logs on external USB drive

If an external device is not appearing in Cyfin when trying to access logs, try the following:

  1. Open the Services manager.
  2. Right-click the Cyfin service and select Properties.
  3. Select the Log On tab.
  4. Change Log on as to This account, and enter the credentials used to access the server.
  5. Restart the Cyfin service and try again.
