CyBlock ISA: custom category not being enforced in blocking policies

If URLs entered into a custom category are not being filtered correctly, try the following:

  1. Stop the CyBlock service.
  2. Navigate to C:\Progam Files\Wavecrest\CyBlock\wc\cyblock\db\plugin\data_isa.
  3. Remove the following files:
    • cust_categories_list
    • custom_categories.csv
  4. Restart the CyBlock service.
