Cannot log on to interface (forgotten user name and/or password)
If a password is forgotten, another administrator can change the credentials. If another administrator account is unavailable, you can manually reset the password.
- Stop your Cyfin or CyBlock service.
- Navigate to …\Wavecrest\Cyfin\wc\cf\db.
– (For CyBlock: …\Wavecrest\CyBlock\wc\cyblock\db) - Delete the file accessAccounts.xml¹.
- Restart the service.
- Log back into the interface using admin/password.
- Create new credentials.
¹ Note: This will delete all access accounts.
