Cannot connect to the Cyfin or CyBlock interface

In Windows or Linux installations, if you are having a problem connecting to the product interface, the firewall may be running. Try the following:

  • Disable the firewalld service in Linux or the firewall service in Windows.
  • Open the required port for the product.
