Overview of Cyfin Reporting Features
Cyfin gives you three complementary ways to deliver web-activity insights. Each is designed for different internal workflows, so you always have the right tool for your organization.
The Visualizer – Interactive, login-based dashboards
Perfect when managers, HR, or technical staff want to explore data themselves. Users log in to Cyfin and build or view fully custom dashboards with bar, line, pie, or table panels. Dashboards can be personal or shared with other logged-in users.
Custom and Standard Report Templates – Portable, scheduled reports
Ideal when the goal is scheduled distribution (daily, weekly, monthly) to stakeholders who do not need to log in. Both Custom and Standard reports are generated as PDF/HTML files that can be automatically emailed to any recipient list on any schedule you define.

Many organizations use a mix of both: the Visualizer for power users who log in daily, and scheduled Custom/Standard reports for executives, HR, or department heads who prefer a simple email attachment.
All three options use the same accurate data set, with Sessions and Session Duration as the primary metrics in top-level summaries because they deliver the cleanest, most manager-ready view of actual human web activity in today’s environment.
