Cannot import Active Directory manually

If manual attempts to import from Active Directory fail, please try the following:

  1. Stop the Cyfin or CyBlock service.
  2. Navigate to the db directory:
    • Cyfin: C:\Program Files\Wavecrest\Cyfin\wc\cf\db
    • CyBlock: C:\Program Files\Wavecrest\CyBlock\wc\cyblock\db
  3. Delete the file sessions.xml.
  4. Restart the service.
  5. Attempt the Active Directory import.
