v9.2.6 Release Notes for CyBlock Cloud

Enhancements

  • Web Activity Time Zone
    • Cloud Customers
      • The time zone in which your organization’s Web activity is occurring can now be set in your CyBlock Cloud account. The default Web activity time zone is the time zone of your cloud instance, but this can be changed.
      • Web activity displayed in the Dashboard charts, reports, and real-time monitors will reflect the time zone that is set for your cloud account.
        • When reports are run or scheduled, the Run Date/Time and Frequency fields will match the time zone set for your company.
      • When setting up a blocking policy and using the category filtering schedule, the hours blocked will be for the time zone that is set for your cloud account.
    • MSP Customers
      • For MSP Partners, the time zone can be set for each of your customers.
      • Web activity displayed in the Dashboard charts, reports, and real-time monitors will reflect the time zone that is set for that specific customer.
      • When setting up a blocking policy and using the category filtering schedule, the hours blocked will be for the time zone that is set for that specific customer.
    • Hybrid Deployments
      • For Hybrid deployments, the time zone can be set for each of your CyBlock Cloud accounts.
      • Reporting is based on your local CyBlock instance time.
        • Reports will show all traffic as it occurred in the time zone of each of your cloud accounts for the same local CyBlock instance time.
        • When running reports for all cloud accounts, managers can see traffic for all time zones at the same time and hour.
        • When reports are run or scheduled for a cloud account, the Run Date/Time and Frequency fields will reflect the local CyBlock instance time.
        • In Dashboard charts, all dates shown are per local CyBlock instance time. That is, when viewing a chart for a cloud account for the date range of Previous 24 Hours, the time labels on the screen show local instance time regardless of the time zone set for the cloud account.
        • When viewing charts for a cloud account, managers can see traffic for the time zone of that cloud account at the time and hour of the local CyBlock instance.
      • When setting up a blocking policy and using the category filtering schedule, the hours blocked will be for the time zone that is set for your cloud account.

Corrections

  • Custom Date Range in Reports. Due to a browser attribute, when selecting the Custom option for the data range, the error “undefined NaN” is displayed for the Start and Stop dates. This has been corrected.
  • Time Frame Filter. When creating a report, the Time Frame Filter now works properly to filter the days and times to include in the report data.
  • PAC File Configuration. On the Settings – Proxy – PAC File screen, in the “Automatic configuration address” field, the period was removed after the URL. Previously, customers were including the period when copying the URL.
